Revan is not just the Chief of the kitchen, he is an integral part of the grand vision we have for Birders Inn. Apart from taking care of your food, Revan is the man who insures the safety, hygiene & comforts of your stay. Chef Revan has 14 years of experience in working in high-volume commercial kitchens. Before Birders Inn, Revan was a chef in Seven Seas International Cruise liner. Has extensive kitchen management, Serve Safely, Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC). Revan also has FSSAI certificate, Fire Fighting Certificate, Fist-aid Certificate.

In short, What all of the above means is that you will be served with mouth watering dishes at the Birders Inn prepared by Chef Revan keeping the highest standard of safety and hygiene. Chef Revan specializes in Continental cuisine but can cook any dish as per your demand.
